“Minder moeten, meer leven” by Annemiek Leclaire

Mavin’s tip of the day! It’s time to read ‘’Minder moeten, meer leven’’ by Annemiek Leclaire.

Roughly translated as ‘’do less, live more’’. Current working culture is extremely demanding. More and more people are ending up with a burn-out, and research is confirming that this work culture is unhealthy and unsustainable. Yet, it seems firmly rooted in our society, the need to stay busy and work having become a social status.

Dutch Journalist Annemiek Leclaire wrote a great book about this, a personal search for the causes and solutions of our burn-out society. Check it out for some inspiration for a healthier work life!

Find it in your local bookshop.
